Cho Tak Wong (Cao Dewang) is a Chinese billionaire and one of Asia's greatest philanthropists who was chosen the World Entrepreneur of the Year 2009. His sheer unbelievable career brought him from illiterate, alcoholic village fool to the best entrepreneur in the world. I visited him in Fuzhou, China and spend a day with him talking about his approach to life and business and his success methods. In this video I share the 3 words of his life philosophy.

Hi guys. Some time ago I went to China to interview 2 chinese billionaires. One of them was Cho Tak Wong (Cao Dewang)
He is not only a billionaire. He actually became the World Entrepreneur of the year 2009. The best entrepreneur in the world, if you wish.
And after the interview I recorded a video sharing the 3 words for success that he used throughout his career.

Hi and welcome from China. I came here to interview 2 of the chinese industry tycoons. One of them I just interviewed yestarday is Cho Tak Wong.
Mr. Cho Tak Wong is a self-made billionaire. He's the founder and chairman of Fuyao Group. Fuyao Group is the largest manufacture of auto glass in the world
If is one of the most admired asian companies. Mr. Cho Tak Wong has been listed under the largest/most prolific philanthropists in China
In 2012 he was named the number 1 philanthropist in China. But this is not all. 2009 he was named the World Entrepreneur of the Year
And we were talking yesterday about his success secrets. Mr. Cho Tak Wong came from very simple beginnings.
He was so poor in his childhood. His family wasn't able to send him to school until he was 9.
They just couldn't afford that. Then he started going to school with 9 and after 5 years he dropped out without being able to read or write.
Because in China you have 50,000 characters and you just need years and years the learn the Chinese scripture.
But he decided his poverty is not gonna stop him and defeat him in his dreams. It's not gonna drop his aspirations.
And he started to study himself. He was working as a farmer to sustain his life and additionally he was trimming grass and selling it to farmers
Who were feeding the animals with grass in order to afford dictionaries and encyklopedias where he was learning from, and the books
And he needed one year of hard work to be able to afford the Chinese dictionary in order to learn the srcipture, the characters from that.
And then he needed another 3 years to acquire an encyklopedia in order to be able to read sophisticated books and learn from them.
And he told me he has a very simple success secret which consists of 3 words / parts.
The first part is positive energy. What does it mean? It means optimism, it means being kind to yourself, to others, acknowledging others
And being respectful to them and also having this joy of life, of work, of achievement, of effort.
The second part is belief. And it means believe in yourself, believe in others.
Trust in your faith, in your ability to achieve what you want, trust in your vision and also trust in the good in other people.
So, this is the second part. The third part is the execution.
And the execution consists of 2 aspects - being dilligent and perseverance
Never giving up. So, he decided as a child to never give up on his aspirations, on his dreams.
Of course, he didn't plan to become a billionaire. He didn't have that big vision as a child, but of course, his aspiration
And his ambitions [...] with his success and on and on he became more and more successful, more and more respected
And finally he became probably the most respected billionaire in China. Not only by other entrepreneurs, by businessman.
But also by the society and what is also very surprising, by the political leaders. All of them respect him
Because he could achieve what he achieved in compatibility with the system. He wasn't breaking any rules, he wasn't corrupting the system
He wasn't cheating the system, he wasn't cheating the people. All these 3 elements I was telling you decided about his success.
