Here’s a few videos from Wednesday night (Nov 7, 2018). Mike pointed out an illegal sign on the corner of Broadway and Wishkah in Aberdeen. The sign owners, Ryan and Karen Rowe, aggressively confronted Mike, even though Karen repeatedly claimed she “fears for her life” around Mike and his children. Erik Larson also came out to support his friend Karen who claims to be a city council member. Erik refused to review the city code that explains how the sign is in violation. The link to the code Mike tried to show Erik is here: https://aberdeen.municipal.codes/AMC/15.44.070. According to this section, this violation carries a maximum penalty of $100 fine (something Erik previously threatened to impose on Blind Justice for our signs). This again highlights the corruption and hypocrisy in the local “government officials.” They refuse to hold their own people accountable to the same codes they try to impose on people of the public who disagree with them.
