NEED HELP LOGGING TO DTUBE - ANYONE?

THIS IS THE SCREENSHOT I SEE

STEP 3 SAYS: Submit to the Blockchain, Enter a title, description and tags

When I click on that block, I get sent to my files to upload something...but what I have is a link from YouTube that I want to share.

Hope someone can enlighten me.
