so we can consciously be in control, of what we're thinking about.
I give some great examples of how this works, and what you can do, to take control of it.
I also include, as a slight digression, some key methods, to induce lucid dreaming, for those interested in that ;)

I highly recommend reading Rollo May's Man's Search for Himself if you haven't already. He's actually mentioned in that very same speech by Earl Nightingale. It's an amazing read, really helps put society and life into perspective. It delves deep into what causes loneliness, emptiness, and anxiety in modern man.

J/K, BOb. Great video with some gold nuggets. And you speak the Truth when it comes to "thinking". Even the masters of meditation and mindfulness are "thinking" about something. Even if it's nothing. Good point !
