The brighter your light the darker the wound. The more alive you feel, the more death you are able to feel as well. Yin-yang is the way of life. There is nothing without the other part of it.

Yes you are absolute right, life is about up's and down's and duality in all sense of the word. That's why nobody should take any antidepressant drug, because that don't solve anything, it would be better face the root cause of the problem. JMO
