More "On Copyrighted and Extremist" content:

This is a great, timely and very logical project, no doubts! However, a simple downvoting rationale may still be an insufficient solution. I wouldn't worry about the "Copyrighted" content as much, but there are some truly extreme and inhuman things out there that should not have even existed, forget being filmed. Downvoting means watching, there has to be some mechanism and/or an authority that would allow to just throw the "file" out, if not report the perpetrator.
