How long can I expect to be on a diet until I reach my goal weight loss?
That's a VERY loaded question and it's usually asked with the sentiment that the answer is going to be something QUICK with HUGE numbers. I'm here to tell you that you most likely will not lose 50 lbs in your month long diet, it's not something that you can just "flash" real quick. You have to set realistic goals to be able to achieve your weight loss goals and more importantly, keep that weight off afterwards!
Watch this video to see the figures and the reasons why weight loss is something that takes time but is not meant to be torturous. Hopefully afterwards you'll have a better idea on what to expect and will have a better mindset going into your diet!

i guess it should take 7 weeks for me. i seriously need to get creative to be on a 2000 calories deficit daily so far i can think of ways to burn 1000

I find it's best to just fall in love with the process and forget the numbers. It helps if you can do that!

the time to lose weight in each person is different, for a quick loss of weight and calories I recommend full-body exercises that have a very quick burning of calories like the military press, great post !!
