Today is Jump Rope Power Challenge #1
I've been jumping rope to get back in shape. I'm 6'2'' and I felt I was about 20 pounds overweight, at around 220. So far in a month and a half I may have lost around 5 pounds.
I have done 18 work outs so far over a period of a month and a half.
When I first started a month and half ago, I was not able to do one full minute without tripping.
Today, 6 weeks later, you can see the progress I have made.
I will keep challenging myself as I get better! My ultimate goal is to be able to jump rope for 20 minutes straight without tripping... So I plan to keep building up week after week.
