More on Socks to help Edema Symptoms
Edema is a build up of fluid in your body that can be very tiring and debilitating. This simple tip of layering socks on your feet and lower legs can help a lot and make a difference.
This video from yesterday is the start of this one you see today for more information about this sock idea. Yes, you can get expensice socks for this purpose, but the ones you have know will work almost as well.
Eating healthy food and getting lots of fluids will also help. You need to get that built up fluid moving out if you in order to feel better.
Give this tip a try if you have swelling in the lower part of your body. It’s best to catch it early and you can!
