The Democrats definitely do not waste any time. The very first day they take control of the House a bill was introduced to do away with the Electoral College. Because they cannot win over the Rust Belt, along with other areas of the country based on things like policies that benefit those people, they want to get rid of their voices when it comes to the electing of the President.
