First up though is a #beautifulsunday (hosted by @ace108) photo with a #funkyedit (hosted by @krazypoet) with Saturation to the Max.
After a decidedly chilly week, today the sun came out and it was a little warmer - although very windy so the wind chill soon made it feel cold again.
No swimming today, they boy wasn't up for it this week - so on my drive to visit my Dad I captured these scenic photographs.
Some interesting ivy covered trees in the opposite direction.
A lovely country lane as well, perfect for a little bit of middle of the road photography.
And it's a really good view up this road as well, although it also presented a bit of a mystery - you see I often take a few photos at the same time - just in case one is out of focus or something goes wrong. The photo above is two of three, and below is number three - but what on earth has happened here?
Nothing is there, this is my iPhone camera - and all the photos taken after this are fine. Could this be a case for Mulder and Scully? Is this a ghostly apparition of the last photographer who dared to take a middle of the road photo? Answers on a postcard please.
Anyway, I continued to my Dad's on got on with some painting. And here is the roller tray, complete with bubbles. No bubbles on the ceiling I was painting fortunately.

The clear skies are saying climate is getting better in UK. The road picture has come out very well, but I wonder what is that in the 2nd picture of the road that has come up. Like you say some ghostly thing...hehehe

Thank you very much, a brief respite in the weather it is very cold today below freezing and we due snow in the next few days. I really do not know what happened in the second picture - it could be some fault with the phone camera but every picture since has been fine. Nothing was in front of it, the two photos were seconds apart so no chance for something to get in the way. It’s a mystery.

The first picture truly is beautiful and amazing colors 😊 the bubble in the paint, beautiful pic but less beautiful on the roller or roof I bet... Lol

Oh, painting!!! Could you please come over here ASAP as I have a room to paint! I did a brick red color a few years ago and it is now wearing on me.
As an aside, I love taking the ride to your dad's house! You just never know what we will see... but, did not expect those gorgeous clouds!!!

Thank you very much, if you don’t mind paint everywhere but on the walls then I am your painter! I call it my renaissance period - and I tend to wear quite a lot of paint too lol
I thought the skies would make the drive worthwhile for a change, and I’m getting better results with @dtube now although I have to pre-prep my post body - then create the dtube post and then edit that to drop in the main post text - but of extra work but I would like to support @dtube more instead of always using YouTube.

Oh no, not at all! I just love to have somebody else paint for me! Let's just say that the house is really big and I've already painted it all. So, me wanting to change one of the colors does not bode well with me right now.
The skies do have interesting color right now and so I have to agree with you there. I can't imagine what it takes to put a post like this together and have the video Dropped In. On top of that, having to answer each and every person. Oh my God oh, that just gave me a headache. And then let's talk about this witness thing. When do you have time to eat again?

I wanted to do a #sublimesunday yesterday, but I just needed a day off social media a bit. I've been pulled in so many directions that I needed a good ole day where I 'party like it's 1999' which means I never touch a mobile phone, ignore the computer and read or watch an old movie.

I know the feeling exactly, I have been trying to detach a little myself too many pressures in my life from all angles it becomes very tiring.
Well I’m delivering coffee this evening, to my local kraft beer pub and coffee house that always has dogs visiting. Just two four legged friends in tonight but they are very well behaved.
