Hey guys today Im showing you 4 of my favorite exercises 2 for biceps and 2 for hamstrings! Stretching is very important! If you Dont practice yoga I advise you to start it as soon as possible !

Welcome dude! I'm super late to stretching, I just never made time for it and now I have a heap of overuse injuries... I now spend about 30 minutes before bed stretching all the things, and now look forward to that every day.

You should start doing that in a regular basis! I just started doing yoga 3 months ago and i feel amazing!

Honestly i Don`t do squats with weight at the moment! Legs are mostly genetics so i give up on that long time ago :)
