I 100% agree. In the 6 months that I’ve been doing keto, I’ve learned to listen to my body. I do IF, but if I’m hungry before 12:00, I eat. I also don’t deprive myself of things my body craves. I hdon’t eat carbs, but I do chew gum and other things.
