Humm ... re the Apollo 11 mission - NASA conducted recorded full realtime simulation tests with the astronauts for every part of the mission was tested and rehearsed. As much as possible was done to remove random events or actions. The whole mission was time down to the minute. This so called 'BBC documentary' looks like a miss-interpretation of the recorded simulation footage as the real mission.
My personal main issue is that we never returned to the moon since the Apollo Missions. Maybe he misused some footage but that doesn't really destroy everything these flat earthers are pointing at. There seems to be a big gap in the story line when it comes to outer space and human spaceflight.
Maybe I should present some ISS footage I recorded myself another day that clearly looks like recorded under water with lots of air bubble like stuff moving around the filming astronaut.
