So sorry to hear about Rachael. That is indeed a pretty sad story but thanks for sharing. It's nice to know she got her last wish.

Thanks Spencer. The joy I saw in her eyes that day changed me forever. Thanks for watching.

Nice video brother
@captainbob

Wow thank you for sharing this story with us. It is sad and happy. Life is so fast and we never know what it can happen.

True enough my friend. Enjoy it while you have it!

Valentine’s Day is here. And I wish it wasn’t about the commercialization of romance. I wish it wasn’t about romance at all but about love in general, including self-love. And I wish suicide rates would not always peak around this time of the year.

Thank you for sharing this very different but true and sad Valentine's Day experience.
I feel so sorry for Rachel and her husband. But I guess it's easier to bid farewell if you can prepare yourself for this day. Even if it's only been 3 months but it's always better then thinking about nothing bad and getting that call a beloved person passed away. That's why I think we shouldn't be vengeful and always make our peace with the people around us. You may not get the chance to do so.
I know how this feels. When my grandfather passed away about 3 years ago I felt so bad that I wasn't with him for the last weeks although I knew how bad his situation was. I hate myself for prioritizing other things at this time. I hope if his spirit is somewhere out there that he can forgive me.
I'm happy that Rachel could get her chance to become her wish fulfilled. A lot of people don't...

Thanks for the thoughts. It was a sad Valentine's Day experience and I often wonder now what happened to her husband and the little girl. I've lost track of them now, of course, but the event was a reminder to me how our actions really to matter.

Wow! Heavy!
You are very strong! You have experienced this painful moment!

Good luck to you in future and stay strong!

Also best wishes to Rachael where ever she is now!

Death of a loved one sounds very sad. I wish you all the best and all the power!

You know, that everything happens for a reason... This was a huge lesson. And I can see that you have learned from it! That is great!

Have an amazing day! :)

Thanks for watching and following along. It was a bit heavy, but a reminder to me every year to think about whats important instead of what is just urgent.

True! That is great that you were able to make the best out of this situation!
Good luck man! :)

Really a moving story that touched my heart.

Same to you my friend. Hope you have a great day and thanks for watching/following along.

Lovely. Its lovely when a community rallies to assist those in their time of need and I think it would be a gift if we could all just show up for each other all the time.
