Can anyone help? #dtube not working it’s a pain in the ****

Help,
Hi all, have been uploading video’s on dtube for a while now , ok sometimes it takes a few goes but generally successful,
Now I can’t upload at all ! I go through the whole procedure upload video but keep getting error upload video before submitting , when I submit the video.
What’s going on? I am getting very frustrated with the dtube site and feel like giving up with it.
Any suggestions anyone!
