This is a good article. Forget bottled water as a solution though. Buy a Reverse Osmosis filter to remove Fluoride from your tap water. I've been using them ever since our local council decided to begin adding this toxic waste to our local water supply

    Thx! I think of bottled water (that's sourced from surface waters) as a temporary solution - getting a distiller or reverse osmosis filter definitely makes more sense.
