100 Pull-Ups with 7.5 kg Extra Weight

Well, here is another stunt – closest thing to an escapade I can have while stuck at home – 100 pull-ups with some extra weight. Why? Because it would've been lying on the ground useless, kettlebells need some exercise, too, right?

I thought I would've done a voice-over, because this is a long-ish video despite speeding things up, but I was lazy – which, I realize now, is quite ironic thing to say.

I completed the pull-ups in about 50 minutes.

I wish I can see it. ☹️😢😔, But every time I try to hot play, Dtube keeps on loading and loading and loading. Sadly this is a flaw of Dtube.

Any how, have you noticed that when you do exercises you do gain weight? Any thoughts about that?

In the last six months I've gained 4-5 kilos of weight. Might not be pure muscle gain, but some at least, because I have trained a decent amount.

Nah, it all started with a pure idea without agenda and then I just decided to document it. Muscles and upvotes are a nice plus though – who could deny wanting a few uploads? :D

as i remember I did 100 pull-ups(crossfit style-kipping) in about 5 minutes. Good work.

Kipping makes it obviously easier, but 100 in 5 minutes is still impressive!

it is not easier it is just faster, if you don't have LUNGS they would be even harder as strict ones. Give a try :) your hamstring will burn!

Nah, haven't even thought about it since I mostly train for the sake of training and improved physical and mental condition.
