Text Reveal Effect Title in DaVinci Resolve 16

How to make text reveal onto the screen in the middle by using masking tools in the Fusion page of Resolve.

P.S. If you want to mask edge to feather a bit, set Soft Edge Property above 0 in the inspector for the mask rectangle node.
