Mate, at least mention that SegWit has been implemented by only a handful of exchanges. It's the exchanges like Coinbase who push the date further and further away otherwise the mempool wouldn't be that full.

SegWit is out their, it's the sloppyness of exchanges not to have implemented it yet.
