Don't Cut Your Own Grass

Hello there and welcome to the first vlog post on Steem using @coingallant. Some of you will recognize me from my main personal account @kenmelendez. It’s funny because I’ve been involved in the cryptocurrency space since 2017 and I just now decided to begin my own dedicated brand. This excites me because it allows me an avenue to share what I’m learning and what I’m living on a day to day basis.

Coin gallant is a place where you will find high-quality cryptocurrency education and inspiration from an entrepreneurial perspective. Feel free to follow for more content like this.

Welcome back to another video. My name is Ken and today I want to talk to you about not cutting your own grass. What do I mean by that? We're on this entrepreneurial journey of growing our wealth, growing our success, growing in our cryptocurrency portfolio, and we're doing all this right? Some of us are doing it in our spare time.

Now the concept of cutting your own grass has been instilled in me since I was little, you know, do your own yard work, right? That was, that was just what we did and then it was back in 2012 when I started with a company that taught me some leadership skills and it taught me about how you want to take the things that are taking up the time in your life and you want to be able to let someone else do it.

You want to let someone else who that's their job to do that. You want to let them do that. And the reason is because first of all, you're giving that person an opportunity to make some income. And then second of all, you can then focus on growing your business. As an entrepreneur. You can focus on growing your cryptocurrency portfolio. You can focus on making those phone calls. You can focus on, you know, making the connections, building the website, um, reading different white papers.

All of those types of avenues that we can go down besides cutting our own grass. Now I'm not saying that we never ever want to do any sort of work around the house or anything like that. I'm just saying that the things that need done over and over and the things that steal our time, if you have a large yard that can take, you know, 45 minutes, an hour, hour and a half, by the time you do all the trimming, by the time you do, you know, all the hedging and everything like that. It's going to take you awhile and then you have to clean it up and then you have to shower.

If you're doing that all the time throughout the summer months, throughout the spring time, it's taking up time away from the things that could actually be generating you. A lot of revenue and I understood this. The more that I got into personal growth and self-development.

You know, I read the books by Robert Kiyosaki, Rich Dad Poor Dad, and how they just, they just look at things differently. They look at life differently and they understand how money works. They understand that your time is something that you cannot get back.

Money can always be replaced, but you can never get your time back. So you need to use it wisely. So I urge you to shift your mindset away from thinking that you need to be cutting your own grass and shifted away from that and let someone else do that. Delegate that out to a lawn company who that's their job to actually cut the lawn.

If you've been raised with the mindset of cutting your own grass, that needs to change today and you need to allow someone else to do that. And this applies to other areas of your life life as well. I don't mean always literally cutting grass.

If there's mundane things in your life that you can outsource, things that you can delegate, that are going to give you more of your time back, and you know, you can give up a couple of dollars to give to someone else so that you can get your time back then that's incredible.

So thank you guys for watching this video. I can't wait to see you in the next one. Feel free to subscribe somewhere around this video so that you can get more content like this, and I can't wait to see you in the next one. Have an amazing rest of your day.

Greetings @coingallant

Excellent reflection pe pose in this publication.

We should not invest valuable time in situations that we can delegate. It is a matter of planning and knowing how to use the resources that we have, so we get better results.

@tramelibre absolutely. I'm glad that you get it. You will end up going far in this life when you spend most of your time doing what you love instead of on what you don't.

I personally thought that "Ken Melendez" was already a great brand as "Chris Rice" is mine and "Emafe" is my wife's personal brand (a.k.a. Emafe.com)...

BUT..

I will support this brand of yours as I support your @kenmelendez and @thedailyclimb brands.

Remember.. consistency.. consistency.. consistency.. that's really the key 😀👍

Thank you for your insights, Chris. I am forever receiving inspiration as I go about my days and I have to act on them. Appreciate you consistently offering your support.

I am forever receiving inspiration as I go about my days and I have to act on them.

That's true. It's good to be the leader of one's own life 👍😀
