I remember the time when after hf 20 the RC limitations were implemented and that was hard time for me because i did not had much power that time. I know how it feels when you want to post something but you are unable to do it due to Rc implementations.
I decided to help someone.
So
I want to delegate 50 steem power to 1 steemian who is a genuine content creater and is facing problems due to RC system.
