Day #1
Getting back into Ketosis
Helloo to all my fellow Steemians! Today is all about nutrition, more specifically we will be talking about Ketosis and how to achieve this very powerful fat burning state. For those unfamiliar with what a Ketogenic diet is; It's where you consume a very low amount of carbohydrates, a medium amount of protein, and a very high amount of GOOD fats. When done correctly, the body begins to burn fat as its source of energy as opposed to carbs. For many (including myself,and some of my clients) this diet has changed their lives and help them destroy many of their weight loss goals!
Day #1 long term fast (optional)
The beginning of my Ketosis journey is going to start with a prolonged fast. This IS NOT a prerequisite to getting into Ketosis, but rather a personal choice. Long term fasting has huge health benefits when done every 3-4 months. Below is a video addressing just a few of these advantages.

Good explanation. I do fasting once every couple of months, and I got used to a calories -cycle feeding (low calories x 3 days / high calory x 1 day)
