First Deadlift Comp.

Figured I would share a little clip of my warm up where I ended up pulling 405. Not a ton of weight but for me it was my first competition in powerlifting with a weight I had never picked up before. This was the 365lb 2nd attempt of 3. Weights and Cryptos all the way! I will post the 405lb pull as well that won me my weight class even though it wasn't as clean of a pull as this.
