Buyer Beware of BestBuy 15 Day Return Policy. So I bought a new Pixel 3XL only to have the screen bug out with a line down the center with no drops and no water damage. I have had only owned the phone 16 days and called Best Buy. They told me sorry, file a claim with Google which means I will be without a phone for 10+ days and my replacement product could be a refurb. This is SUPER DUPER inconvenient and personally with this low customer service policy I would never purchase anything else from Best Buy because their return policy is so below current ECommerce standards. So BUYER BEWARE!!!
