YES IT'S A BURGER!
This is one of the signature burger on a menu. Well a burger is also known as a sandwich, as defined in the (Webster dictionary. So as long some stuff are sandwiched between something, I suppose you can call it a burger 😃
So anyway, here's the run down of what's in this burger. We call it the 'Nacho Nachos'. It comes with either grilled chicken breasts as the patty or a grilled black peppered beef patty. It has that name coz of the nacho cheese sauce that tops it after a shapeless mass of "bolognese-like" sauce is dollop on. It's sandwiched between two deep fried mozzarella cheese slabs and yes it ain't no pretty lady when you take bite of this piece of mess.
Often the serving tray that this is served on seems like a crime scene most likely a murder case 🔪
In any case, we provide people with fork and a knife to eat this one but the brave go in the only way a burger should be eaten........ WITH THEIR HANDS!
