Improve Your Sleep By Activating the Windows 10 Blue Light Filter

There has been lots of researching indicating that using devices (computers, smartphones, tablets) in the evening can disrupt your sleep due to the blue light they emit (https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/q-a-why-is-blue-light-before-bedtime-bad-for-sleep/).

In this video I show how to activate the Windows 10 built in Blue Light Filter (it was added in an update a few months ago).
