    In this day and age it is near impossible to tell the TRUTH from photos or videos. To Stage or Fake these things for your average person at their home computer is easier than ever before. If you were inclined to put forth the additional effort because you wanted to start a War between Countries, working frame by frame it can be Hollywood quality within just a days work for a 20 second clip. It would be nice to see a couple of hours of satellite surveillance video instead of 20 seconds. It would be Very difficult to doctor a couple hours worth of video so quickly. Just my opinion.
