Join ''qtube'' - A new initiative of DCooperation

I'm @clixmoney the founder of @dcooperation and I always supported steem and still. I've been here for almost 2 years. Firstly I was growing in steemit, then I moved to @dtube and kept doing both. Now I'm growing in other dapps as well.

During this time, I've seen a lot of people leving steem. I think mostly they do because they don't get that attention that they need. Most steemians are looking into trending and hot page and it's so rare when a steemian look at the new page. It's a fact everybody knows. That's the main reason why being new in steemit is that hard. Most people when they join they don't know about all the opportunities we have here. So, let's help those newcomers stay here and those who are here for a long time posting quality posts and not being noticed anyway.

''qtube'' is just a name for this initiative and since I'm well known in ''dtube'' community, I decided to call this initiative with a name that look like dtube. Also you can take a look at this as ''quality tube''. So, that's fun. ☺

Talking about @dtube team, they have a team of curators who are doing their best to upvote people during all 24 hours. They work hard to not miss any created good video and at the same time to verify if the content is legit and that's not that easy task to do. You can understand that if you look at the new page in dtube and as I told before, people don't look at that usually. So, curators are doing their best to make trending and hot pages nice for you. We have to be thankful for that I think.

Qtube meant to help me find those quality content creators who are not upvoted by dtube and whales and share it with me. You can even share any quality post in steemit even if it's not created on dtube. We will just support the quality on steem blockchain that way and help those newcomers or those who are lacking attention to be noticed by the community.

To do that, all you have to do is to share the link of the post you find in a channel called ''qtube'' in our discord server here : https://discord.gg/efkw3xK. Of course you can't share your own link, but only of others who you think deserve that attention. If you see any video, or any post is not getting enough attention, just drop the link. You can also tell why you think it's good quality and it deserve attention. So, @dcooperation will upvote one content a day with 100%. Our partners and those who are involved aslo can support such content. So, those people will not feel alone, we will comment them, upvote them, resteem them if it's needed. Help them grow and improve in steem and never give up.

I already shared this idea with @enjoyinglife, @zainenn, @rehan12, @iamjadeline, @cryptospa , @josediccus and others. We even created a discord server for that, but for some reasons, I had to close it, but now I want the idea to be public and anyone can participate in it.

Of course we have to be sure about those people who will share that content, because some people may abuse that by sending their content or making their friends share their content, but it's not about this. It's about to help others not ourselves.

Most people in discord servers share their own links in ''post promotion'' channels. But with ''qtube'' , people will share other's content.

The benifits of the idea :

• Helping curators to find good content.
• Motivating people to not leave steem.
• Giving them the attention they deserve.
• Making people do somthing for others.
• Spreading the idea in other discords.
• Improving all steem community.

I will create a new role in @dcooperation called ''qtuber'' and if you are interested in supporting this, just contact me in discord. The channel is open for all our partners now. Every legit content creator in steem could be our partner. All you need is just to join us.

@dcooperation maint to be a community to support collaborations on steem blockchain. I sent to the account more than 300 steem to power up, I'm delegating all my power to this accout and I'm not upvoting myself with it and I'm not willing to do so.

We can also make each legit content in steem blockchain, at least having $1 upvotes if it's quality and clear hard working steemian. So, the priority for ''qtube'' initiative will be for those who earn less than $1 from their post during the first 24 hours after posting.

Now I upvote with this account our delegators and those who are joining us and sometimes creating for us content or participating in our collaborations. The rule of delegators is : Less than 100 sp delegated, 1 full upvote in 14 days, 100 - 200 , 1 full upvote a week, 200 - 300 , 2 full upvotes a week, and go on, till 700 sp and more and that's 7 full upvotes a week or 1 upvote everyday and that's the maximum I give. But even with such system, we still have free upvotes to give.

If the qtuber is a delegator, he will get one supplementary during the week.

The content of qtubers also can be shared.

But I also upvote those who who will send to us content, those who join us or collaborate with us and now we have also Qtube content will be upvoted and the most active qtuber will be upvoted as well.
