I think its because Steem is still Very new. He's put in the time and built up alot of steem power. As Steem grows and more Youtubers come that wont be the case.
If you pick your niche and grow an audience now, you will be "king" once the masses come.
It's kind of like finding a job all over again. I was never that great at selling myself lol.
