I have been watching KC on Youtube since going Keto in July 2017. Now 6 months later and I'm down 52 lbs. Matt and Megah really help it feel like a fun community. Their recipes are pretty darn good too! Matt is supposedly starting a Crypto Youtube channel as well. Looking forward to it!
