First of all welcome to @dtube! The "monetization" of your content is made by the upvotes from the community, everyone who wants to reward your video and gives you an upvote.
Key is to engage with the community and show consistency.
I have watched your video and I can tell, you have great potential. Great intro and good explained video.
The Spanish market is huge and still, most of the content on @dtube is in English.
My advice, keep on bringing up video as often as possible, interact with the community, participate in contests, comment on others content (just like you did here) and take every chance to meet people from STEEM in real life. Next big chance for that in on May 17, Barcelona @ the D.tube Forum!
