The Philadelphia Phillies became the 8th team looking for a manager.

Gabe Kapler was fired on Thursday after a disappointing season. The off season was one of big moves which set expectations of contending for the NL East crown. The Phillies, instead, finished 4th in the division.

The post game crew discusses whether it was Kapler's fault and what moves the Phils will look to make.
