In this video I give some advice about prioritizing. do you ever get to the end of the day and feel low key stressed because you feel like, "you've done nothing all day"? Well, the reality is that you probably did do nothing all day.
Ok, ok, its liekly you did SOMETHING, but it is likely that you did not complete the highest priority activity.
many people believe their highest priority activitiy is simply to go to school, class, work etc. But i believe those are DEFAULT priorities (you damn well better do them or else you will be in serious trouble)
I think its likely that there is at least ONE OTHER THING you ought to get done each day (maybe its work out, pay a bill, record a podcast episode... idk, something)
Make a list ever night before bed and prioritize tomorrow's activities. Start with the the most urgent thing first. You will see a difference.
