Great suggestions. I try everyday to learn something new to optimize my health and well being. I do have Lemon water in the morning with 1/8 teaspoon of Himalayan sea salt and I rebound and walk outside in the sunshine as much as possible but will check out the others. Thanks for sharing

Oh yes, I forgot about the Himalayan Salt! There are too many to remember. Coffee enemas are one that is wonderful, but some just aren't into it. Takes a while and requires some "awkward" moves (at first... you get used to it then love it).

I'm a lover of sunshine, in it as much as possible. Lemon water almost always, it just tastes so good. I don't have a trampoline but I jump rope almost every morning. Haven't tried the coffee enema yet. I sing Acappella and have one a ton about breathing.
