Hab letztes mal 4 Videos simultan hochgeladen, und obwohl dann alle Videos "fertig" waren, konnte ich sie Tatsache nur alle 5 Minuten (fast auf die Sekunde) absenden.

Das liegt tatsächlich daran, dass man nur alle 5 Minuten posten darf. Hier ein Zitat aus dem Steemit-FAQ (https://steemit.com/faq.html#How_often_can_I_post):

You are allowed to post almost as often as you like. Currently, posts must be spaced 5 minutes apart.
