And who said, that "jews" (your term, I suppose you mean the state of Israel) do not deserve a capital ? The problem with Jerusalem is, that there was an agreement about its status, as far as I recall, hence the capital of Israel is Tel Aviv. Or do you live in a different "real world" than me ?
