Seeing The Train Wreck...Before It Happens

in dtube •  6 years ago  (edited)

The idea of being responsible for our own well being seems to be something of the past. When it comes to receiving unfortunate news, we all have the same face ..shocked.

Let's call a major issue...a train wreck. Life isn't always about how you handle a train wreck, but that you saw tye train about to wreck. You were prepared and not caught off guard.

How do we get ourselves to a point of not being surprised when unfortunate things happen....mostly medical issues, but not limited to.

Be well

Ohhh man I am never ready for anything. My life is still a mess no matter I try to convince myself I am okay 🤣🤣

adventure, have a nice day.

Very true but some people is like talking to brick wall haha.

Yes! There is whole mass of information out there for us to learn from, especially when it comes to health and wellness. I can understand that the information overload can be overwhelming to some people which is why they prefer to bury their head in the sand or "leave it to the experts". I have experienced being wronged by experts and I have experienced recovering my health through due diligence and with the help of someone who does not have post secondary education. Personal responsibility is so important in life and it's what makes us grow stronger and wiser. Part of the challenge is when we have to wade through conflicting information and make the choice ourselves. In this age of glass houses, no one wants to get caught making a "bad" choice. Cheers! A
