    I would rather see a constitutionalist like Judge Napalitano. He'd be easy to confirm too. I highly doubt they could find anything, never mind make anything up to try to frame him. In my opinion with Cruz, I think he is a Neocon and I wouldn't trust him in the highest court with that.
