Human body is meant to move. Don't sit for excessively long periods of time. Take a break once in a while and move your body. One minute break every 30 minutes.

Can you find lunges, shoulder blade push ups, hip hinges, planks, flat backs, twists and lots of stretches.
Why the disco lights? Well, why not!

These simple upper back moves might make your posture better, end your aches and make you happier if done regularly. Consult your doctor if that doesn't happen or if any of these movements cause pain.
