Yesterday I flew around Schneeberg, the easternmost mountain in the Alps to exceed 2000 meters.

          Amazing footage. How far from the controller can the drone fly?. Do you have like an extra signal booster?. I bought an used DJI spark and the range is really bad. Less than 100 merer high and under 250m long when it’s flying low

            Even DJI should do at least 2km. The Crossfire System I'm using was tested up to 100km and beyond. Limiting is here the video link: 5.8ghz can go as far as 8-10 km with directional antennas whereas 2.4ghz maybe 20km (never used it though).

                Do your drones have a minimum operating temperature or do their little engines keep them warm enough while they're flying around in the freezing cold getting you epic shots? :D

                Now I'm imagining them flying around in little scarves x_x

                  The lower the temperature the lower the battery efficiency. But it's not really very cold here right now, up there it was maybe -5.°C.
