Wish I could see this, as a massive Hesse fan, but your links don't work for me.
Just read a (seasonally appropriate) article ["The Significance of the Epiphany in Der Steppenwolf" by Kurt J. Fickert, Wittenberg University, Ohio]. (https://journals.lib.unb.ca/index.php/IFR/article/view/7711/8768) So, I'm all up for it. Let me know what I can do to hear more of your contribution on this masterpiece.
It worked! Wonderful to have you summarise the masterpiece again! I recommend your video to every student of German literature - especially if they are foreign language students and are afraid to start on the (seemingly-old-fashioned) novel; you will enthuse them all to go and read it carefully from start to finish in a few short days! (It translates well into English, otherwise; but I am now motivated to read it in the original).
