Dates are one of the most popular fruits in our country, though the fruit is not grown in our country. But almost everyone likes it because of the various nutrient-rich fruits.

However, many people say dry Dates are more beneficial than ripe dates. Dry Dates are most beneficial for patients with diabetes. Anyway, my today's video with dry dates. Hope everyone enjoy it.
