Look I understand your issue. Sometimes, well a lot of times in life, being right isnt always right and a matter of perspective. I would suggest not attacking people personally especially those with greater SP. In my experience with Bernie he will typically flag to send a message not to destroy accounts... In general. I have seen him remove flags and act diplomatically. I highly suggest not taking his flags that personal or to try and reach an understanding with him.
