No, Trump hasn't "said" anything, he is doing many things and one of those is going after the human traffickers. So, the fallacy of arguing omission is just that.

    FYI human trafficking prosecutions have DECREASED since Trump came into office. This is just another myth the Trump crowed likes to spread.
