Seize The Moment To Renew Your Mind
We are always in the doing and rarely in the being. The being is where you reflect. It's where your mind jumps off the treadmill and talks to you. It's also where you become more aware of your thoughts and your environment. Just BE. Take this moment to do nothing. Act as if there are no plans for tomorrow. See how your mind automatically jumps to think about the things you have to DO tomorrow? Or maybe you simply just relaxed your mind and focused on your thoughts. The point is that your mind needs breaks and I out of all people need to hear this first. I too need to be reminded to slow things down and gather myself. We often are always doing because we feel we need to or else the sky will fall and we will start to freak out. We are living busier lives by the minute and time to just BE can seem scarce. But it doesn't have to be because you can choose to BE.
If we take a break from everything...to the extent even from self...just make our mind a watchful cat, then so many tremendous experience we can have and we can see what we do and what we think right from day to night.

And it takes practice to be able to do this time and time again. I started meditating about a month ago and I need to jump back into it.

Wow man first of all your Video editing skills at the start were really amazing loved the tune at the start if you could tell the name of it that would be awesome i personally loved it well anyways coming to the main point of the video... to be in the moment
As you said it man how refreshing that moment was when you enjoyed a walk with your daughter there the weather was looking really amazing and the atmosphere was purely surreal and amazing Enjoying each bit of life is more important as every one has got a life many just spend it just to die we all have to die but we could impact others life too its how we look into that and seize the moments that's what's matters to me keep enjoying each moment of it and most importantly be in the moment.

In order to begin to fully live and see objectively all that surrounds us, it is necessary to be able to liberate one's mind. The mind of many people is in captivity of doubt and fear. "Free the mind" as much meaning in these words. A person who is able to at least for a short time be able to relax and let go of the flow of his thoughts (meditation) is truly capable of much.
I like what Bruce Lee said about it. His philosophy of Water is simply delicious. It is necessary to be like water - you pour water into a cup - it becomes a cup, you pour water into a bottle - it becomes a bottle ... water can flow and be calm and unshakable, but water can be a crushing force. Amorphous is the main quality that a person can learn from water. Being like water means adapting to any situation in life and winning. I like it.

I always find myself on that situation, because as a mother we do all the chores specially when we are with our family. There were even times for me that i neglect to love myself. Because of this busy things in life our body also get tired that even times you take for a nap still you're thinking about for tomorrow. As times goes by i did learn how to manage my time and that should we do in order for us to have peace and live a healthy lifestyle accordingly thanks for this inspirational blog @humanearl

Yea @humanearl...we humans are fund of living on the fast lane, always thinking about tomorrow, always wanting more, always trying to acquire but never take the time to enjoy the moment , never take the time to look back on our achievements and get to relax our minds.
We all have only one life to live and when we leave this earth, we never coming back so I think this is a worthy admonition. Let's take the time out to Being and not always Doing.

I never thought of taking a break or breaking the routine that I am doing now. Studying for the board exam had made me focus on just reviewing. I barely have time for myself. I have the same thing to deal with. But I am much better at it now than I was months ago. Mindfulness is a good place to start. It's simply about being aware of the moment and being aware of your thoughts.

Truly we need to relax and just be...
God created us to be HUMAN BEINGS, not HUMAN DOINGS. For example, the birds of the air don't bother about doing stuff, they just live as birds, fly around, Mame sounds and enjoy life. Guess what, God takes care of them.
We need to realize that our anxieties and strugglings don't necessarily make life better for us.
When we slow down, enjoy each moment, laugh heartily, smile from the inside and free our minds like children, we discover that life can actually be sweeter than we've thought.
Like children, let's take the pressures off and just enjoy the life God has so graciously blessed us with.
