Your brain is an extremely complex organ that has so many things happening in it it's hard to completely comprehend, but what happens in your brain when you get scared?
Uniquely designed by God, our brain is the first place fear is triggered in our bodies, and literally every human has fears, we only just have it in varying degrees.

How Fear Works in The Brain (part 1) is a Live Presentation made by Dayo Samuel broadcasted on the 15th of February, 2018, and in this video I share my lessons from neuroscience and how fear works in the brain.
I share basically
Generalization and how the brain makes assumptions based on experiences
Deletion, how the brain ignores certain experiences to create fear based on the pattern it has built over time
Distortion, how not everything we take in is processed in our brains.
Again, Awareness is Power.
Fear can serve as a positive or negative anchor for something. If fear controls you and shuts you down to life it serves a negative purpose, if you control it and use it to get deeper into the present moment it can serve a positive.
