Hello @dtube @steem blockchain and users of the @steemit platform and outsiders. Today i want to share with you mi last episode about the importance of the breath in our daily life. Maybe you dont even think about the breath during all the day, but it i really determinated about your quality of life.

So in this episode i will be reading about pranayama, wich is breathing tecniques design by wise yoguis in the india. Then buddism take this tecniques and more traditions, but the source is from india land of yoguis and the yoga.

@ignacioarreses, Breath automatically happened through our respiratory breathing system. It's really important for increase our life time. Breath control can easily through our meditation steps. Especially Anapanasathi meditation created for control our breath. Pranayama very close one. If we can control our breath, we can focus only one thing and it would be perfect for control our mind. Final result will reach to us.
