Vlog 29 - The Perfect Fitness Snack - Selfmade Coconut Protein Bars

What's up Dtube,

today I will have my first try of selfmade protein bars.

they are cheaper and you can decide what is in there.
So you can leave out any sugar and so on.

Ingredients:

  • Oats
  • coconut milk
  • xucker (calorie free sugar alternative)
  • coconut cream
  • Vanilla Whey Protein
  • Almonds
  • Milk

I will give you my conclusion at the end of the video.
