VLOG 100 - Handstand Progressions - How to Learn the Handstand

What's up guys,

in this video I show you some exercises which will help you learning or improving the handstand.
A few weeks ago I decided to work on my handstand again and I'm training it like 4,5 times a week at the moment. I still have to get straighter and more stable but I see my progressions in each session.
